Answers to common questions

Still unsure which plan fits you? Start with what feels safe—you can change plans as your needs evolve.

Is Legal Guide Ph a law firm?

No. Legal Guide Ph is a legal consultancy led by Philippine-qualified lawyers. Depending on the matter and applicable regulations, we may collaborate with or refer you to law firms or lawyers for representation before courts or government agencies. Memberships and consultations focus on advice, strategy, document review, and drafting—not litigation.

Can you represent me in court or with government offices?

Our primary focus is advisory work. For disputes that require formal representation, we can help you understand your options, prepare documents, and—where appropriate—refer you to litigation counsel or specialist firms.

What if I don’t use all my monthly queries or calls?

To keep pricing predictable and sustainable, unused queries or calls do not roll over. Most members, however, find that legal questions come up more often once they start proactively reviewing contracts, HR issues, and policies.

Can I cancel or change my membership anytime?

Yes. You can cancel or change anytime. Just send us an email to confirm.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. We treat all client information with strict confidentiality in compliance to the Data Privacy Law of the Philippines. We use secure tools for communication and document storage, and we do not share your details with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

What’s the difference between a membership and a one-off consultation?

A one-off consultation works best for a single, clearly defined issue. Memberships are ideal when you expect recurring questions, ongoing contract work, or a need to regularly sanity-check decisions before you act.
